Park is neat & well-kept, loved for cleanliness, modern facilities & helpful staff. Great value bar/restaurant, spacious pitches & fun play areas. Ideal for motorhomes & families. Wi-Fi costs, waste points & deposit refunds can be tricky. Some mention rowdy guests.

The Paddocks fully-serviced grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Very comprehensive site with excellent facilities. Clean and quiet, and friendly staff
Disliked Ever so slightly over-engineered. Needed a fob to get into the park (fair enough) but then also to access the toilets and shower. We only had one which meant we had to stagger our shower times. Also at £41 to park our camper, I think charging extra for hairdryers is a bit on the nose

Liked Unable to go to site as my wife was ill day before and was admitted to hospital.I phoned the site and they were very nice and give use a credit for the 2 nights we paid for to use when my wife gets better. We would like to thank the site as many places would not do this. This is how a business should be run.

From the manager: We’re sorry to learn that some of your property may have gone missing during your stay at Forget Me Not – this is most unusual for the park and until reading your review, we were unaware of this incident.
Park security is one of our top priorities — we operate a fob-controlled barrier system, have CCTV in place, lighting during hours of darkness and we have regular patrols of the park from our grounds team and park wardens - so to learn of this incident via your online review has come as somewhat of a shock to us.
Our office team will contact you directly, to see if we can assist you with reporting this matter so that we can get to the bottom of what’s happened.

Needs to have a dog friendly area
The Paddocks fully-serviced grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Location very clean facilities great pub and restaurant on site 👍
Disliked We have a motorhome and a dog like most people with touring caravans, the fact that the site is quite remote means we can't use the pub as its not dog friendly which is the only reason we will not be going back unless it changes 😟
