What customers say
A well-kept, tranquil campsite with friendly staff. Guests loved the clean facilities, decent pitch sizes, and Peak District access. The pub and food were a hit. Occasional road noise and a need for more loos at busy times were noted.

Great Site to Stay At
Electric grass campervan or tent pitch
Liked It was a very pleasant camping trip and was enjoyable. Showers and toilets were tidy and hot water took it time coming, but was amazing when it arrived. Beautiful scenery from the site with the donkeys in 2 fields nearby. Not far from the site was some of the most delicious ice cream and sorbet at Pomeroy Farm Park. Aldi's was close enough for a short trip out and the High Peak Bookstore was a fantastic place to visit as advertised at the site notice board. All in all a great place to stay for a relaxing peaceful stay.

Had breakfast at the sister site royal oak.
Shame the pub onside is closed as makes it looked derelict and would been nicer atmosphere the place been open not hsbing to go to the other one.
Disliked Could have slightly more sections and as above the pub being open.
