On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the QR code at door, scan and check-in. Your welcome packet will be in the delivery bin in front of the office porch area. Thank you!.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The park only allows dogs up to 50kg.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with Bass, Catfish, Trout.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This campground/park does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
• Group bookings of 1-70, must book directly on our website https://batlranchrvresort.us or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
• Group bookings of 2 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/15 and 10/15 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from 8 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Sites

• Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 48 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
