Liked: The friendly staff & welcome on arrival. The pool & surrounding area. Titos restaurant & the outdoor bar is great. Very friendly staff that looked after us. Sunday roast was great & open mic night. Walking distance to Luz & good bus service to Lagos.

Disliked: Showers could do with updating, but water was always warm.

Orbitur Valverde

Liked: Not much - although it has to be said the weather had been and was awful so the site was very wet & muddy.

Disliked: Site had a lot of work going on so many roads were roped off, no clear instruction on how to get to the pitches lead to us going down a very narrow lane which was totally unsuitable for our vehicle leading to getting stuck on a tight corner, damaging our vehicle.

Toilets and showers all very dated, and shabby, no toilet paper in the cubicles, so make sure you take your own.

Pitches are mainly grass and many are a bit sloped, which meant we got stuck in the mud when trying to park on our pitch and had to be towed out.

Site appears to have had very little investment for some years, and left a lot to be desired.

We had booked for 4 nights but managed to find an alternative Site nearby so cancelled our final 2 nights and moved to a much better Site a couple of miles away.

Disliked: Tatty buildings
Lack of long level pitches
No hot water in washing up area.
Showers in mens although clean with hot water either had hooks, door bolts or shower heads missing.
Showers in ladies better but still shower heads missing in some cubicles.

Liked: Very friendly staff and good location, facilities well maintained, guaranteed hot water for showers and pitches are a generous size. The restaurant on site is very good and can recommend the Sunday lunch (needs pre-booking), also allow dogs to sit in.

Disliked: Hard standing pitches are very firm mud and when it rains although it remains hard it can flood and makes your interior very messy. If you want or need to be able to assist a disabled traveler of the opposite gender you are required to book a family bathroom at €8.55 per day. Wi-Fi only available in a couple of communal areas.

Liked: Io e la mia amica abbiamo dormito in questo campeggio per tre notti con il van. E' molto grande e ci sono molte piazzole di varie dimensioni, separate da piccoli cespugli che garantiscono un minimo di privacy. Dopo essere state accolte dallo staff molto gentile e preparato, che ci ha illustrato i punti dei servizi offerti dal campeggio, abbiamo potuto scegliere la nostra piazzola ben . Non poco lontana dai servizi igienici, sempre puliti e con docce calde. Il campeggio in sé è molto tranquillo, non distante da alcune spiagge.

Liked: El lugar que escogimos tranquilo, cerca de los baños, baños muy limpios pero antiguos, en general todo genial, volveremos!

Disliked: El super era muy muy escaso, apenas pudimos comprar nada cuando teniamos algo de hambre.

Liked: Ich fand dem Campingplatz großartig. Ich hatte mir ein kleines Mobile home gemietet mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung war gut durchdacht. Kleine Kochnische mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und einer Kaffeemaschine. Sogar Geschirrhandtuch, Topflappen und ein Schwamm, Abwaschlappen und Spülmittel wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab auch Sonnenliegen für die Terrasse und einen Sonnenschirm. Die Anlage ist groß und wird sehr gut gepflegt. Es gibt einen Pool, ein Restaurant, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Billard und weiteres. Es werden auch Sportangebote am Pool gemacht. Live Musik gibt es außerdem an bestimmten Wochentagen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
