Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Extras

• A charge of €0.50 ($0.55) applies for the use of the shower.
• Camping: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €1.00 ($1.09) per person per sessione.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/01 and 08/31.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 05/27 and 09/08.
• The grocery shop is open between 05/27 and 09/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 05/27 and 09/08.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/01 and 09/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 05/23 and 09/14.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m..
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.
• Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
