On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Guests under the age of 14 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Bookings must not be for more than 30 consecutive nights.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 10 a.m..
• The bar is open between 05/30 and 09/29.
• The grocery shop is open between 05/30 and 09/29.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 05/30 and 09/29.
• The spa is open between 05/30 and 09/29.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/01 and 09/29 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 05/14 and 10/04.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
