On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Snack.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are required to wear a muzzle.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 04/26 and 09/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €250.00 ($268.09) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €150.00 ($160.85) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/26 - 06/30 and 09/01 - 10/13.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 07/01 and 08/31.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• Only one parent/child pair at a time may use each structure in the play area.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 9 p.m..
