Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• The park only allows dogs up to 10kg.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/04 and 08/29.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 04/04 and 09/19.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 04/10 and 09/19.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 04/10 and 09/19 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/04 - 07/03 and 08/30 - 09/20.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. between 07/04 and 08/29.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

Sites

• Sites: a €20.00 ($21.52) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
