Great location, spacious, flat sites with trees. Close to river & town. Friendly staff, good facilities, though some noted toilet/sink cleanliness issues & lack of supervision. Despite noise, it's a popular stopover. Many want to return.

Liked Close to town centre with good sized pitches for our VW campervan. The staff are friendly and helpful on reception and the shower block is clean. The water wasn’t always that warm in the showers, but it was okay as it was so hot when we were there.

Liked Very clean and pleasant site next to the river. Nice walks for the dogs along the footpath.
Pleasant staff on arrival who were very helpful. Nice boulangerie just outside the gates.
Found a local vet to sort out the dogs worming tablets for returning home.

From Tours (25km) and Bordeaux (360km): Take the A10 towards Paris, then take the interchange for the A85 towards Vierzon (just before Tours). Take Exit 11 signposted Bléré and continue for 7km.
