Liked Very friendly staff. Quiet and clean site, easy to walk into town for bar and supermarche (although there is a bar and basic shop on site). Really nice beach close by, wish we had brought bikes to cycle there. We really enjoyed the tennis courts.

Disliked Our pitch was quite small, we didn't use the awning but it would have filled the pitch. But I think we had the last pitch on the site so can't complain too much and they were not all that size. It is quite hilly if you have mobility problems. No toilet seats or paper (didn't bother us, but it might catch people out).

It’s true that some pitches are smaller than others — as you mentioned, you had the very last one available during a busy period. Regarding the sanitary facilities, we note your comment, but indeed in France it’s quite common to find them without toilet seats or paper.
We hope to welcome you again — maybe next time with bikes so you can enjoy the nearby beach even more 🚴‍♂️🌊!

Disliked Die Ausstattung der Sanitäreinrichtungen lässt noch etwas zu wünschen übrig: WC-Sitzen wären schön gewesen

Concernant les sièges de WC, c’est un choix courant dans les campings en France pour des raisons d’hygiène, mais nous prenons bien note de votre remarque👍.

Liked Zeer rustige kamping gelegen in een oude steengroeve en daardoor geen last van lawaai van verkeer. Sanitair was in orde en je kon ook buiten in het café iets drinken. Ook de mogelijkheid brood te bestellen dus altijd leuk als dat voorzien is.

Disliked Geen WC brillen op de toiletten en dat zijn we niet gewoon. Sanitair wel netjes en proper. WiFi wel betalend in de camping. In de cantine gratis.

Concernant les toilettes sans abattants, il est vrai que cela peut surprendre certains visiteurs, mais c’est une pratique courante dans de nombreux campings en France. Pour le WiFi, l’installation nous a demandé un investissement important et il est gratuit au niveau du bar/réception. Sur les emplacements, il reste accessible mais avec une petite participation, ce qui nous permet de maintenir un service de qualité.

Liked We loved the site, very clean, open and family friendly. The managers were really helpful and nice and the site offered lots of extras such as delivery of croissants to your tent in the morning and moule frite night on saturdays. Great location for the beach which we walked to ( it took about half an hour but was very pleasant). Great showers

Liked Friendly helpful staff - free WiFi at the reception / bar area. Lovely little campsite set in a quarry. Showers hot and clean. Washing up area / washing machine all clean and tidy.

Disliked Pitch 55 is on a slope and blow up beds on the floor were on a slant. Managed to find one area that was flat ish for one bed but the rest of this particular pitch is not level. Didn’t take away from our stay .

We’re sorry that pitch 55 was not as flat as you’d hoped. The quarry setting gives a lot of charm, but sometimes it also means a few sloping areas ⛰️. We always do our best to help guests find the most suitable pitch, so please don’t hesitate to ask us next time.

Liked Élodie et Thomas sont hyper accueillants et près à apporter leur aide si besoin.
Le camping est calme,propre et bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage et qui n’est pas surpeuplée.
Magasins d’alimentation à proximité (-10km)
Des propositions de restaurations ont lieu plusieurs fois par semaine:rotisserie(saucisses/jambon braisé etc)
Dégustation fruits de mer
Pizza
Possibilité de commande de pain et viennoiseries directement livrés sur l’emplacement .
Les emplacements sont plats et relativement spacieux
A noter pour les propriétaires de chiens qu’ils sont acceptés sur la plage de montmartin mais pas à hauteville qui se trouve juste à côté.
Un 2e séjour s’impose l’année prochaine 😜
