Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 1 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• The park only allows dogs up to 20kg.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/06 and 08/31.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
• The bar is open between 06/29 and 08/31.
• The games room is open between 05/04 and 09/29.
• The grocery shop is open between 06/29 and 08/31.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The restaurant is open between 06/29 and 08/31.
• The spa is open between 01/01 and 12/31.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €440.00 ($476.50) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 2 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €120.00 ($130.89) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/01 and 09/15 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 3:30 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. between 05/04 - 07/05 and 09/01 - 09/29.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 07/06 and 08/31.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Sites

• Sites: a €20.00 ($21.82) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
