Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available site on arrival.
• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the You will receive information by email about your accommodation and where to go with a map of directions. If you are staying in a log cabin or glamping tent, you will receive the name of your cabin in an email and directions to get there. Please ensure you go to the correct accommodation by name. instead.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including horseriding, canoeing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

General

• chainsaws, generators are not permitted.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with trout, redfin, carp.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a A$200.00 ($132.94) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.
• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

• Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.
