Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here over the weekend. We stayed at the bottom of the tent field which is slightly slanting but manageable. It was very quiet and you were left alone and not bothered by anybody.
The gentleman that checked us in was lovely.
Showers are nice and hot and basic.
On check out day it had rained overnight, and the tent was still wet by 11am check out time. I asked the man if we could keep the tent up until it dried out. He was very easy going and didn't mind us doing so.
Disliked: I was hoping to do some washing of clothes but I did not have any washing powder. The option to purchase the powder for one wash would be a handy idea.
There was no security patrolling the site at night. Two nights on the trot we and all other campers in the field had to suffer and put up with one family who were having a domestic for hours. The police were called eventually by one of the campers.
But this did not put us off this park, it was just unlucky.
We will be returning.
