Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked Great location. Clean & tidy. Child friendly, great small park area. Lovely landscaping with trees. Accommodating owner who extended our stay upon request subject to availability.

Disliked Poor WiFi signal on our pitch, but could have been demand issues but didn't bother us enough to complain about. Unfortunately a family arrived late pitching up in a camper van on our last night with noisy children but it was our last night and maybe they had travel issues, kids could have been more respectful though but let's put that down to parenting.

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite

Liked Lovely set up and so easy to get to as just off an A road. Everywhere was clean and fire pit hire and wood were added bonuses.

Disliked Showers could do with an upgrade but still clean and warm. Downside of being so accessible is close proximity to road, although not a big issue.

Liked Well I think we found a new Saundersfoot fav!! Arrived at 12 and what a lovely site - lots of trees and little nooks, fires allowed, good facilities and play area for our 2 big kids. the walk to Saundersfoot down the lane took about 30 mins. a really great site and we shall definitely be back.

Powered grass travel trailer campsite

Liked Everything! We booked this last minute and I’m so glad we did. We’ve only had our Motor Home 6 months and have been away several times, but this was the first time I felt really relaxed. There were enough rules etc to keep the site running beautifully, but still allowing you to enjoy your stay. Great pitch, warm showers, good washing up facilities and waste disposal. Really felt like a holiday! Walk into Saundersfoot and then you MUST use the Fflecsi bus to travel back - what a great service that will be lost if not used more. Da iawn!

Powered gravel travel trailer campsite

Liked We’ve stayed a couple of times now and even this time where the site looked fully booked, it was still very well spaced out with plenty of room and not the usual noise and overcrowding of most sites. The facilities were spotlessly clean and it was lovely to wake up to the sound of the birds singing. The site is perfectly situated for beautiful Tenby and Saundersfoot and Solva and Abercastle were less than an hour away. The park is lovely and everyone just genuinely seems friendlier here. The only downside with this site/area is that we were planning on exploring the whole country and now everyone just wants to come back here again next year 😄

Local attractions

Pembrokeshire has got a few tricks up its sleeves for those who want a thrill (or two, or three). Oakwood Theme Park (15 minutes’ drive) has rollercoasters and water rides, including loop-the-loops or family-friendly coasters. Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (10 minutes) is its softer alternative, with over 750 animals and vintage fairground rides. Paintball, golf, archery, fishing… get your dose at Heatherton World of Activities (five minutes). If you’re still craving animals, however, Manor Wildlife Park (five minutes) has a walking safari where guests can have a go at feeding the wallabies. You bet that Pembrokeshire also has some gorgeous coastal path sections, with excellently clear waters and geological formations. The Green Bridge, Elugug Stacks and The Cauldron are all half an hour’s drive away, as is Saint Govan’s Chapel by the sea and the sandy Broad Haven South beach (half an hour), backed by a lily pond.
