This well-kept campsite offers friendly staff & clean facilities. Guests loved the spacious pitches, shop, & views. Great location near beaches & attractions. Some noise from a nearby road & a few felt more toilets/showers were needed during busy periods.

Excellent site
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked We liked everything! The staff were amazing and very friendly. Amazing facilities. 20 minutes minutes walk to local pub with good food. Cute little farm shop with basics. 10 minutes by car to the beach.
Disliked It was clear on booking that there would be additional charge for showers. This did not affected our stay but could see why this could be frustrating. Would rather pay extra on booking for included shower facilities maybe on a timer for the water usage.

A proper ‘Goldilocks’ site…
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked First of all, I’m not a fan of ‘Caravan Club’ type sites where everyone wears hi viz and there’s a list of rules longer than the Geneva Convention on Human Rights. On the flip-side, I don’t like paying £20 per night to stay in a lumpy farmer’s field about an hour’s walk from the nearest shop. I like something that’s smack bang in the middle.
This site is the perfect balance between the two usual camping experiences. The fields are well kept, the facilities are modern, the shop is very well stocked with local produce, logs and fire pits. The staff are excellent and are as laid back as they are helpful. Just choose a pitch, set up, and you’re done. No dramas. Compared to other sites I saw locally, this one was massively less crowded and relaxed.
I’ve seen some reviews begrudging paying for showers, but £1 for 10 minutes is hardly a grave expense and keeps wait times to a minimum. Plus, the cost of my stay was more than half of what others were charging locally, so I was more than happy to pay.
Stunning views over the Newgale coastline with a cracking sunset every night. Full 4G signal was amazing too, and even allowed me to get some remote work done from my van.
All in all, this is a Goldilocks site; the facilities and appearance of a Caravan Club site, with the laid back attitude of a farmer’s field. Great views, very reasonable prices, quiet and accessible. Will be back.

Very well maintained site in a good location.
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Beautiful campsite and well maintained. Large well stocked shop and facilities on site. The showers and toilets in the main block were very clean and tidy. Close to Newgale surfing beach and a beautiful sunset can be seen from the site. Owners have obviously pumped a lot of time and money back into the site itself.
Disliked - The extra toilet and showers around the back were a little dirty with no loo roll however the showers were very hot!
- Very windy in the top field but obviously this can’t be controlled.
- For main block showers you need to walk over to opposite wall (potentially around other members of public and next to an open door) and time starts straight away, even though you still need to then get undressed etc when back inside cubicle.

Spotless, spacious and well equipped campsite near beautiful beaches!
Powered grass campsite
Liked Facilities are spotless, staff are so friendly and helpful, pitches are huge! Drinking water tap at each EHU pitch is a really nice touch. Have returned to this campsite year after year, can’t fault it. Near to beautiful beaches, quiet but still fine for the children to be free and playful.
Disliked Nothing - absolutely perfect for us!

Liked Size of pitch , location to beaches, quietness, friendly staff,
Disliked Nothing. Maybe a low level light to show the way through the gate between the two fields. Shower / toilets at rear could be cleaner
