What customers say

Dulas Meadow: a top-rated, adult-only retreat for peace. Guests rave about spotless modern facilities, including a unique ladies' pamper zone. Spacious, well-kept pitches. Owners Gregg and Alison are praised for exceptional hospitality. Occasional peak-time facility queues & a wish for more privacy trees were noted by a few.

Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite

Liked Small quiet site in pretty, peaceful location. No kids! Lovely, proper showers, not push button type, and loos which were kept spotless. We had a nice level hard standing with HU and DW on pitch, surrounded on 2 sides by hedge, with a great view to the front.

Disliked Only 3 showers and 4 loos (2 of which were in shower rooms) in total. The site wasn't that busy when we were there, but I imagine there would be queues in high season.

From the manager: Hi Rebecca
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us at Dulas Meadow. Regarding your comment about imagining queues, we have taken great care and consideration to provide more than double the requirements for a small and personal licensed site to ensure comfort, here are the regulations “you must provide toilets and washbasins, with specific ratios for men and women, usually based on the number of pitches (e.g., one urinal and one toilet per 30 male pitches, two toilets per 30 female pitches).
We go above and beyond and we are happy that you enjoyed the proper showers spotless toilets.

Powered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked As a solo female camper I especially liked my pitch being close to the Ladies only Blossom Meadow facilities. The welcome from Gregg was very much appreciated and helped put me at ease considering I have never been solo camping before.
Other campers were very friendly.
Facilities spotless and 5⭐️
Looking forward to booking for next season.

Powered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked Dulas Meadows is without a doubt one of the best adult-only campsites we’ve ever stayed at – it easily deserves a 10/10 rating. From the moment you arrive, the peace and tranquillity hit you. The site is quiet, small, and set away from any main roads, which makes it feel like a true escape.

The grounds are beautifully kept, showing the care and pride that goes into running the place. Everywhere you look is neat, tidy, and welcoming. The facilities are nothing short of excellent – modern, well thought-out, and always spotlessly clean.

If you’re looking for a relaxing break in Anglesey with a touch of comfort and a lot of charm, Dulas Meadows ticks every single box. We’ve stayed at many sites over the years, but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest.

It’s become our absolute favourite campsite, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

Liked What a fantastic campsite.
Loved the ladies only shower / toilet option.
Everything was kept super clean throughout the day - every day!
Friendly owners.
Adult only - so everyone was respectful of the site and neighbours.
BBQs allowed and even a special disposal pot for disposing of BBQ
A small dog walking area.
Showers were amazing!
Walkable to a beach and a pub.
Lovely views of countryside.

Disliked Nothing to dislike - a lack of WiFi - but that was actually refreshing!

Local attractions

Fringed by dunes, the vast sandy expanse at Traeth Lligwy (10 minutes’ drive) is a top spot for walks (dogs are welcome, which is another bonus) or for digging around assorted rockpools. From there, you can also access the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path for windswept walks along the shore. It was the ancient Romans who started mining at Mynydd Parys | Parys Mountain Copper Mine (10 minutes). After centuries of mineral extraction, the desolate landscape is reminiscent of something from a sci-fi movie. The acid conditions of the ground mean that only some rare species of lichens are able to thrive here. Make your way to the easternmost tip of Anglesey and Trwyn Penmon Point (40 minutes), with the 19th-century Trwyn Du Lighthouse and views of Puffin Island, just offshore. To see the resident puffins (plus other seabirds including cormorants and guillemots), you’ll have to catch a boat from Beaumaris, a 15-minute drive from Trwyn Penmon Point.
