  • Spacious site a short drive from Eryri/Snowdonia National Park
  • Within easy reach of beaches, watersports and a mountain railway
  • Barbecues welcome and several supermarkets within easy reach
Seeking a sojourn within easy reach of the smashingly spectacular Eryri/Snowdonia National Park? Close to several splendid beaches and within easy reach by car or bike from several towns for foodie spots and cosy pubs? Treborth Hall Farm Caravan Site should, then, tick off a fair few of your Welsh holiday boxes. This peaceful walled park is a 20-minute walk from the Anglesey Isle town of Menai Bridge, home to several traditional pubs and other eateries for off-site sips and scoffs. You can be in Bangor on your bike in 15 minutes too, or hop in the car and be there in less than 10; highly beau Beaumaris is bikeable too – reach it in a little over half an hour on two wheels, or be there in half the time on four. When it comes to stuff for kids to do, they’ve got reams of room to roam freely around, plus a play area too should they require fun structures to clamber on; for a spot of gentle grownup activity, there's a public footpath just outside that forms a loop connecting to the Wales Coast Path, which in turn provides access to Treborth Botanic Garden. For food on site you’re more than welcome to get a barbecue going – several supermarkets are within easy reach around the nearby towns for all your sizzling supplies, and there are also lots of pubs, restaurants and takeaways too. Among the on-site amenities are toilets and two shower blocks with coin-operated showers with plenty of piping-hot water.

What customers say

A clean, friendly campsite with spacious sites and helpful staff. Great for exploring Anglesey & Snowdonia, close to Bangor. Facilities are good, though some found them basic. Alpacas and a playground are kid-pleasers. Guests noted occasional noise and limited showers at busy times.

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite

Liked I had a wonderful stay at this campsite! The grounds were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I especially appreciated how peaceful and welcoming the site felt. It’s very safe for families, with a locked gate and staff patrolling the campsite at night to ensure everyone is safe and well. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway..

Disliked Not so much a dislike, but more of a challenge for me: when parking in a field without numbered pitches, I feel apprehensive about driving away, as I might lose my spot during a busy weekend..

Powered cement/asphalt campsite

Liked We stayed here a few years ago & the site was very rundown.
The new owners have worked very hard to improve things.

Disliked There is a definite need for more/larger toilet/shower facilities.
The site was very busy & the present 2 showers & 2 toilets were not enough to cope & were often messy.

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite

Liked Very friendly and helpful.
I was in a small camper with basic awning. We had a good choice of places to pitch so we chose to be a little out of the way, but not too far from the toilets. The site had well placed lights, so you can easily find the loo after dark.

My son and I were only stopping for the one night but we were able to chill out and watch the Perseid meteor shower until the early hours!

Oh, if you like alpacas, they have those too
