What customers say
This small, quiet campsite boasts stunning bay views from its deck and a communal summer house with a fridge. Showers and toilets are consistently described as very clean and well-maintained. The site offers easy access to New Quay, though the walk back up the hill is noted. Limited showers were a minor issue for some, but the peaceful atmosphere and friendly owner are highly praised. Ideal for couples or solo travelers; some sites are better for smaller setups.

Cracking site
Powered gravel and cement/asphalt campervan campsite (no awning)
Liked Amazing views from the decked out seating area. Nice lounge area with communal fridge plus plenty of plug sockets.
Clean toilets and showers.
Lovely walk down to the harbour and beach- very steep back up though.
Disliked Pitch number 2 has a great view but make sure you bring a long ehu lead as my 10 meter one ended up stretched out like a washing line, but all was well as the lounge had plugs and work tops for me to use my fridge/appliances.

We loved everything about Bay View…
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked We loved everything about Bay View camping site! We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 9yo & 5yo). We camped in Bay 4 with electric and we had the best 5 days there! Facilities were always immaculate. We spent one evening in the summer house watching a film on our laptop, ate breakfast every morning on the sun terrace benches and never queued for a shower. It's only a 10 mins walk downhill to newquay town too. Jon the owner was really kind and helpful! Would 100% recommend and we have already planned to come back next year for another week!

Small and quiet site…
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Small and quiet site
Disliked The dangerous enterance, my car became stuck and is now damaged. I politely informed the owners who were completly dis interested and didnt bother to reply to my email. The postcode took me on a wild goose chase also. The owners sent me an email a few days before my arrival which i later found in my junk mail, not their fault I know but since I didnt reply to any of their questions in this email maybe good customer service woukd look like following this up since the access to the site is so poor to warn customers. Only 1 female shower on site.

From the manager: If you had read the email I sent to you, you would have known how to approach the site and there would have been no issues and you had read them because you knew you were on pitch 6. I send details out for a reason. Jon
