Disliked: Due to the current spread of wildfires at the time in the area where the campsite was located I emailed asap to cancel my booking and I am yet to receive a reply! Can’t comment on anything other than the very poor communication

Liked: Beautiful place. Campsite was being updated. New roof on shower block.
Owner nice guy.
Disliked: Shower blocks need updated inside. They were not cleaned on our stay. No toilet roll in some toilets.
Reported hairdryer not working and was told it would be fixed- it wasn’t and no update.
No internet - awaiting new equipment.
Nobody to checkout with.
Never asked if we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The staff are super friendly and very helpful
The car parking was right next to the pitch and the dog was able to run around the vast area in front of the tent
We were able to pick our own pitch that was nice to get one close to the car and showers
Disliked: Unfortunately it rained a bit and the ground became water logged causing a bit of soft underfoot ground to appear under the the ground sheet but I suppose this isn’t something the site can prevent but be aware of what pitch you select

Liked: I liked the fact that multiple dogs are allowed.
The site was clean and tidy.
There was good phone signal (EE).
Disliked: The hairdryer in the ladies was not working.
The lights went out while my husband was having a shower leaving him in the dark.
There was no provision for dogs even though they were charged for eg an off lead area.
No staff around (only stayed 1 night).
