Liked: Laid back site with basic but very clean facilities - 3 loos and one shower, 1 washing up sink. Convenient for short walk into Salisbury.
Disliked: Near constant road noise and ungenerous £7 bags of firewood. Bring your own firepit and kindling (eco firelighters not included as stated).

Liked: Very quiet campsite, great views of the local area. No traffic from local road and about 10 minutes from Salisbury. Barging at the price and had Guest WiFi.
Disliked: Just the amount of Daddy Longlegs in the bathrooms. But I don't think there is anything that can stop that

Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked: A very pleasant campsite situated close to Salisbury town. My son and I stayed there for a couple of days. The host was very helpful and was able to provide us with useful information for walks in the area. There's a complimentary freezer to refreeze your ice packs and also charging points for your phone.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay that is very peaceful and quiet, this is it. Great walk from the site through the fields into town by avoiding the main roads.
Open fires are allowed as long as they are raised off of the floor. There's nothing better than cooking like this in such great surroundings....we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be booking again for next year. !
