Disliked Life guards awareness- they were more busy singing and messing about on the walkie talkies than paying attention. A child went down the slide who couldn’t swim and grown up was not in the pool. My husband swam across the pool to grab her when he noticed the dad running towards the pool.

Liked Campsite in great location. West Bay is so beautiful! However nobody really look after facilities and overall campsite state… Andy very nice and helpful!

Disliked Drinks prices in show bar. Touring check in blocked road for lengthy periods when a number turn up at the same time. Hedges between pitches make manoeuvring big vans very difficult.

Liked Location was great, walking distance to the harbour, beach and other amenities.
All staff we came across were super helpful and very friendly.
We had a lovely view from our pitch.

Disliked Pitches are not level and not maintained as well as they could be.
Toilets and showers really not up to standard. Although cleaned, unfortunately mistreated by other people staying. A few days they were a total mess, and I am sure that people don’t treat their own bathrooms in the same way.
Hair dryers broken in the ladies and hand dryers no use what so ever.
Hooks missing in the men’s showers too.
Really needs a good overhaul.

Liked The Location, fully serviced pitch, pool & restaurant/ bar area. The dog den was an excellent feature.

Disliked Touring toilet/shower/pot wash block...
Very very outdated, lacking in maintenance, Resulting in being very dirty & a health risk!!!! Disgusting!!!! The toilet area is really not fit for purpose. We would welcome any return comments from the management.

Liked Lovely welcoming helpful staff on arrival and throughout stay. Clean pitches and toilet block. Amazing dog area. Great swimming & shop. Evening entertainment fun and upbeat although drinks/snacks on the steep side!!
Really enjoyed having fully serviced pitch. 5 of us really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go again. Short walk to beach and shops. Close to supermarkets and towns. A+++

Liked This was the best campsite I’ve ever stayed at. The town is tiny – everything is within walking distance. Five minutes to great restaurants, fish and chips, the beach – everything!

The campsite is really well organised. From my touring caravan spot, I had an amazing view of the cliffs, the sea, and the town lights glowing beautifully at night. It felt peaceful and magical.

The whole place has such a warm, friendly vibe. The town is small but full of charm, and the people are lovely. No noise, no stress – just pure relaxation.

I absolutely love this place and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Disliked Everything was amazing💜

The only thing I really didn’t like was the behaviour of some of the people staying there. Unfortunately, many guests had no respect for the shared facilities. Toilets were often left dirty – unflushed, messy, and just generally unhygienic. It was honestly shocking at times.
