FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite (members only)

Liked Nice clean site. On pitch water and Electric. Grey waste by water tap which is handy but was too far for our water pipes. Site owners said they had long pipes if we needed but as we were only there one night we made do.

Disliked Very close to the road and lorry noise early but not too bad.

FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite (members only)

Liked We arrived home on sunday after a really lovely week on this amazing site. They have only been up and running for a year and they are getting everything right!! The owners Ross and Shane are beyond helpful, we had a few little erm teething problems when we arrived 🫣😂. Our main water feed pipe was not playing ball and was just throwing water out at us, then our waste water drainage wasnt long enough. Ross rocked up and he had us covered 🥰, extra long drainage pipe and main water feed! LEGEND. Hes even getting extras for future customers incase it happens again. Lovely spacious pitches, water pressure amazing and each pitch comes with its own picnic bench, only recommendation from personal opinion would be a privacy screen between each pitch but again personal opinion. They give you a welcome pack which has leaflets for different things to visit in the area and also has discounts in there too. If youve got a dog they've got you covered there too with the dog area thst they can run about in and do their business. They uave really tried to think of everything and done it well consdiering theyve not been up and running long and still adding to it. Will definitely visit them again. They are a caravan and camping club too.

FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite (members only)

Liked All services including grey water drainage. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Easy access. Owners very helpful if required. 5G signal. Quiet at night.

Disliked Situated near a working road so a little noisy first thing and end of day.

From the manager: Hi Anthony, thank you for your review, we are planting hedging between the pitches over this winter which we have prepared this year. Due to the site being new this hasn't been done yet, we always welcome everyone's feedback it's appreciated. Regards, MidCornwallCamping.

Liked A lovely hardstand good sized pitch with a nice family who ran it .
Easy to get to with not narrow roads for your caravan. Good phone signal for your downloads etc.
Spent new years here for a week and was very peaceful. Good prices for fully serviced and dogs . Just don't forget your torch. Not long to travel to the beaches .
