What customers say

Great spot near Land's End/Sennen Cove. Staff are friendly. Facilities are clean but a bit dated. Family-friendly activities are a hit. Some find pitches small & close; noise can be an issue. Management is addressing feedback.

Liked The staff were fantastic - friendly and welcoming. The pitches are level, the facilities were clean and the showers are nice and hot. Great location for walks to beaches, tidal pools and Lands End. We were wary because of the split between very high and very low ratings - but bad experiences seem to be driven by behaviour of fellow guests rather than the site itself. We had a great stay!

Primitive grass campsite (large)

Liked Only stayed for the one night at the end of September, so the site was very quiet which was a real bonus for us. Really nice site, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Powered grass campsite (maximum 7 metres)

Liked I honestly can’t find a single positive thing to say about this campsite.

Disliked The facilities were an absolute disgrace — the toilets were mouldy, smelly, and completely outdated, which made using them an unpleasant experience every time. The pitch itself was flooded and boggy, leaving no comfortable or usable space to set up properly. The whole site just looked neglected and run down, giving the impression it hasn’t been maintained in years. Overall, I would not recommend this campsite to anyone.

Powered grass campsite (maximum 7 metres)

Liked Friendly helpful staff on arrival. Secluded pitches and country views. Within walking distance of Lands End.

Disliked Site had a bit of a run down feel. Crazy golf dinosaur themed but models broken and area not well kept. Outdoor pool had no heating as part broken and not replaced.

Primitive grass campsite (large)

Liked Close to Minnack Theatre/Sennen/ Lands End so ideal base for sight seeing. Good facilities. Quiet campsite. The bar/restaurant was very good. We went for a drink in the evening and prices are very reasonable. Breakfast the next morning was one of the best I have ever had from a campsite. We will definitely be going back!

Liked The view was nice the grounds where nice and the staff are friendly and polite also is a very short work to lands end where the views are stunning

Disliked The toilets were a very big let down as were disgusting the water didn't even work in the showers and the one that did was Luke warm not the best you have to provide your own toilet roll which it does state on the website but you would think it would be provided for the price paid.

Camping pod (four person)

Liked Another great stay — we keep coming back!
The location is absolutely lovely. The pods were clean and ready for our arrival, equipped with a fridge, kettle, and microwave — just enough for a basic camping experience. We loved being able to sit outside, enjoy a BBQ, and watch the night sky filled with stars and even the Milky Way!
The resort could use some more investment, especially in the bathroom facilities. One of the blocks is usually clean, but the showers in the female section don’t always work. The other block, closer to the tents, is in poor condition — though to be fair, the mess is often caused by guests not cleaning up after themselves.
Also, the resort should consider installing bathroom facilities closer to the pod accommodations. During the day, the walk to the existing bathrooms is manageable, but at night—especially with children—it becomes quite difficult and inconvenient. A nearby facility would greatly improve the experience for pod users.
Despite that, it’s a quiet place with a decent playground. It might be a bit old, but if kids know how to play, they’ll enjoy it no matter what :)
Overall, a lovely spot with great potential we’ll likely be back again!

Local attractions

Smashing Sennen Cove is one of the most famed beaches in Cornwall, for its spectacular setting as well as its surfing. Shops, pubs and artsy galleries are around the harbour; if you're feeling energetic, climb the Pedn-men-du promontory from here or hike the 11.7 mile section of the South West Coast Path from Sennen Cove to Lamorna. The Land's End Visitor Centre is also within a mile of Seaview (a pic taken at the famed Land's End signpost is obligatory) and if you're up for teeing off in spectacular surrounds, Cape Cornwall Golf Club is within five miles. Of a summer evening, pootle along to a show at the clifftop Minack Theatre, a three-mile drive away, or have a tour of it all at any time of year. A couple of mighty famed must-sees are within driving distance: the tiny tidal island of St Michael's Mount 12 miles away, which you can walk to at low tide or take the boat when the waves are in, and the pretty arty town of St Ives 15 miles from base, home to Tate St Ives. Kids will be in heaven at Paradise Park (20 miles) and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary (30 miles); further afield but well worth the trip is the lush Eden Project, 55 miles away.
