  • Quiet, spacious site just over 10 minutes’ walk from Padstow harbour
  • Walk to the South West Coast Path, the Camel Trail and the Saints’ Way
  • Dog-friendly and family-friendly; supermarket two minutes’ walk away
Time for a peaceful stay in Padstow? With views of the estuary and the countryside, Padstow Campsite is just over 10 minutes’ walk from Padstow harbour and the ferry to Rock. Good news for the keen walkers among you, there are plenty of trails within walking distance too, including the South West Coast Path, the Camel Trail and the Saints’ Way. The spacious grass pitches at this family-run, pop-up site are based on Trevethan Farm in a prominent position in Padstow. The pitches have access to showers and toilets, and they’re also dog-friendly and family-friendly. For those hoping to leave their car in one spot, the farm is within walking distance of local bus routes to destinations like Wadebridge, Newquay and Bodmin. There’s also Padstow right at your fingertips, of course, where it’s possible to get stuck into sailing, watersports, sea safaris, speedboat trips, fishing and cycling on the Camel Trail. If you’re craving a beach day, the site is a short drive from a handful of local beaches, including Trevone Bay five minutes’ drive away and Harlyn Bay beach 10 minutes’ drive away. If you’re ever in need of sunset snacks, breakfast cereals or other essentials, a large supermarket is a couple of minutes' walk away from Padstow Campsite.

What customers say

This campsite gets rave reviews for its prime location, offering stunning views and a quick walk to Padstow. Guests consistently praise the spotless facilities, especially restrooms and showers, and the super friendly staff. While overwhelmingly positive, a few note limited dishwashing sinks, no electric hook-ups, and some sloped pitches. Overall, it's a highly recommended, well-kept spot.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked The staff are brilliant, Jess met us on arrival and showed us to our pitch and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The campsite itself is fab, has a wonderful view and the facilities are super clean (I’m sure I saw the staff clean them almost every hour!) 4 toilets and 3 showers and rarely had to queue and was enough to accommodate the site. The site was lovely and quiet and only a few minutes walk from Tesco (not that you could tell) and just a short walk from padstow. Would definitely recommend this campsite, thanks again for a wonderful stay!
