What customers say
This well-maintained campsite boasts a prime location near Newquay and Perranporth. Guests rave about the fantastic pool, helpful staff, and spotless, spacious sites. While mostly quiet and family-friendly with good value, some found restrooms dated or lacking. On-site attractions like the arcade weren't always open.

Lovely site for exploring, pool was a lovely addition.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Loved the park, the staff were friendly, the pool was great, we didn’t use the entertainment but sounded good from the play park. Was a great base to explore the various beaches close. Great value for money, we will be returning again next year. Absolutely lovey family vibe, nice that it’s not overbooked and packed so that there is space for the children to play and feels like a nice relaxing vibe as it’s not overrun with people. My favourite place I have camped in the last 10 years of camping.
Disliked The showers were great but need to invest on a proper shower block as the space to shower and dry yourself is incredibly small. No family changing facilities when you have small children. Would be great to have security of a night time as we had some people next to us that were playing loud music and talking very loudly until 2am.

We had a great stay here, so much so we decided to stay an extra night
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Pitch sizes were good and able to pick own Pitch Great value for money, with option to use the swimming pool, entertainment, arcade, bar and restaurant.
Shower and toilets were clean and well maintained.
Disliked More showers and toilets during busier periods and a bigger space for families to shower together as the space was small to use with younger children.
An on site shop would be great for the essentials.

Disliked The shower rooms are Tiny!!
No where to even hang a towel let alone put down any clothes.
Beer is pricey.
Entertainment wasnt on half the time :(
2 out of 6+ washing machines worked
Change machine in the arcade doesn't work and the bar doesn't like giving out pound coins.
No breakfast or on-site shop

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Everything was really good. Great location, good facilities and lovely, helpful staff.. especially Sarah (I think - General manager?!)
We would recommend this holiday park and we would stay here again!
The ONLY small thing I’d say is the toilets and showers in the camping area were not the cleanest (but I am very fussy)!!

Wonderful cornish summer holidays and memories we will remember always
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked We had the best 6 nights staying at newperran with our 1 year old! Just returned and despite the 40mph winds and the tent snapping, we purchased another and set up again as just did not want to leave. Our little one had his 1st experience of swimming and was even given a bear by the entertainment team upon leaving. The food was delicious and the location was perfect for visiting all the stunning hotspots of Cornwall. Will be back next year for certain!
Disliked Toilets were cleaned daily however felt a toilet block would be beneficial instead of the portaloo's, was tough to shower a little one and myself in there. Also felt the swimming pool changing rooms needed a mop or someone to keep a little tidier as the floors were sopping all the time and some cubicles and the toilets in there had no doors.

Nice place with good pitches, but needs a bit more management effort.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lots of space, grass nice and flat. Showers had lots of hot water and no timer! Hot water for dish washing. Didn’t really use the facilities
Disliked Showers got dirty and messy, water pooled on the floor. Launderette completely useless, nothing worked there.
