Brimstone primitive grass and gravel tent, campervan or trailer tent campsite (Private restroom amenities, secluded)
Liked: My children loved running around the exclusive campsite and the composite toilet was easy to get used to. They like the robbins entering the site each day and the bats flying around at night. We could also hear a tawny owl each night, which was great.
I liked the level pitches and during a heavy down pore, the site was not water-logged and drained well.
We had some initial issues with the shower settings but the owner quickly resolved them in ten minutes. Which was really great and my kids continued to get showered for the day.
Location-wise it's a quick drive to the beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay.
