Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a £10.00 ($13.21) fee.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the key box located on the shepherd's hut instead.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £50.00 ($66.06) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
