Liked: Great pitch with all necessary conditions. Also, it was great to use the rest of the entertainment facilities in the rest of the seal bay parks. I was really happy
Disliked: Noisy in the evening, and a couple arguing loudly at 2am in the tent next to ours.

Liked: I was very apprehensive at first but on arrival and speaking with the reception team, they explained everything and were so helpful a nice.
The range of activities and things to do is mind blowing!
Was never bored and we visited all parts of the park, from the beach, bowling alley, tennis courts…
Everywhere we went it was clean, tidy and the staff were helpful and accommodating.
Spent loads of time in the pool and enjoyed having a section segregated for lane swimming.
This place was great for our needs. I would say probably one of the best touring sites I’ve stayed at so far.
Can’t wait to visit again.
Thank you for making our trip very memorable.
Disliked: Some of the activities are a little pricey. Also we walked everywhere and found that having to walk in the road as there are no footpaths and some drivers aren’t pedestrian aware, could be dangerous at times.
Also we should have stayed longer as didn’t have enough time to do everything that we wanted.

Liked: The entertainment and facilities - all in good order
Friendly helpful staff
Disliked: The pitch was a bit short and narrow, this meant the sleep pod for the awning could not be used so the guest had to sleep in the open part of the awning where the doors do not zip across the bottom (5C overnight Brrr) and we could not have the van, awning and car on the pitch.
The food was okay, a little pricey for the portion size but enough choice across the different restaurants

Liked: Sunny, flat pitch, proximity to facilities and Seal Bay, quiet at night, helpful warden
Disliked: Barking dogs (warden did finally get them put inside owner's van/awning, people walking across my pitch instead of walking on path, kids playing with footballs, despite notices saying " no ball games".

Liked: I liked the site generally and the dog walks were good. However, all of this was overshadowed by the dislikes...
Disliked: Firstly, there was a dedicated gated dog area, which would normally be a big plus. However, it looked like you had to pay to use it. At £38 per night, this is scandalous. Big however, the major dislike was the showers. The water from them was scolding. Not hot, scolding! We raised this with reception after day 1 and were told that others had also complained about the same thing. This made them totally unusable. We were told that maintenance would sort it. Day 2 and they were exactly the same. Went to reception again and was told maintenance hadn't been yet (after over 24 hours) and that the water "would just have to run through". Let me be clear, the showers were unsafe, a health and safety risk of real burns. I feel sorry for those with children as this would have been a total nightmare. Also, no signs or warning were put out and the showers, being push button operated, had no temperature control. We left this morning and I'm still fuming about it. The site just didn't seem to care.
