Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Lovely new site.
Good quality, layout and quantity of facilities.
No car at pitch(whilst staying). It generate a much calmer experience.
Three great pubs close by. Nice walks but there are missing footpaths.
Open sided barn make a lovely get-out-of-the-rain communal area, with fridge/freezer and sofas.
Lastly the owners. Jo and Dave are lovely hosts that ensure your stay is a perfect one.
Disliked Nothing really. This is a high 90s percent site.
No car at pitch (setting up and putting away). Big tent and lots of stuff, but we managed.
M25 - but that is not Horton View Farm's doing.
May be one sit down loo if the site was very busy.

Camping in a peaceful meadow environment.
Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked The owners have been very thoughtful in creating a peaceful environment by only mowing the paths and pitches in the meadow. The facilities were lovely and clean, the barn with seating area and kettle is another great touch. Very close to the Eurotunnel and also a good selection of pubs within walking distance. Highly recommended.

A beautiful & ecologically friendly site with amazing facilities.
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked This site is beautiful, I stayed with my 18 year old daughter and we had an amazing and relaxing 3 days. Jo and Dave are amazing hosts, they have created a haven for campers that enjoy a peaceful and natural environment that is ecologically and environmentally friendly. Having stayed at many campsites, this site is one of the most thought-out and cleanest places I have stayed in. We particularly liked the cut out meadow paths and not being surrounded by cars, however, that said, wheel barrows and trundle carts are provided for transporting, we liked the communal barn and all the facilities. Thank you, Jo and Dave for a memorable break and for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful haven. We look forward to returning in the future.
Disliked Nothing.
