Perhaps you’re looking to chill out in the Cheshire countryside, or you’re coming along to see (or even try out) the high-speed motor races at the popular Oulton Park Circuit… either way, Oulton Country Park Touring Site makes a lovely choice of place to stay. This tiny pop-up site is a mere 10 minutes’ walk from Oulton Park Circuit, putting petrolheads in pole position when it comes to race day. And there are more handy things close by too, including a couple of pubs a mile away in Little Budworth, a family-run farm shop 10 minutes’ drive away in Utkinton and a great collection of indie shops and places to eat in Tarporley (also 10 minutes away). It’s well placed for days out as well – zoo trips, horse racing and castle visits can be mixed in with city wanders in Chester or walks and bike rides in local nature areas such as Delamere Forest. Once you’ve thoroughly explored by day, head back to the site, where you’ll be welcome to light up a barbecue for your evening meal. There’s a shared fridge where you can keep your farm shop goodies and drinks cool, and the pitches are spacious enough to allow you to set up a table and some camping chairs (plus an awning if you like). Facilities here are fairly simple, but you’ll have access to portable toilets and a wifi connection, and there’s a space where you can exercise any dogs you’ve brought along for the ride.

This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the house instead.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
