Liked ~Price point~
We didn’t expect a lot considering the price, it was just a stop over for us heading to the Lakes from Carmarthen.
We loved how wide the access roads were, the guy that met us at the gate was very friendly and told us exactly where to go and gave us a choice of pitches. Nice wide access from the main road. Seemed a lovely friendly family site. We left quite early 9am but that’s because like I said it was just a stop over for us.
Disliked ~Shower Curtains-
Now as a long distance lorry driver unfortunately I’ve seen my fair share of public showers. These out weigh a lot of what I deal with on a weekly basis. They were very clean, extremely hot (of course adjustable). My only criticism for the whole site is the shower curtains. The tray are not big enough for someone to stand in without the curtain getting stuck to you. The only way to combat this is either install sliding glass doors or install longer trays. The longer trays isn’t really feasible in the space they have so it would have to be a sliding door in my personal opinion.

Fox powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Great location near Chester. Greeted by owners on arrival and offered a choice of pitch. Shower/toilet block centrally located with adjacent chemical toilet and grey water disposal points. Grass was well mown and site very well kept. Bus stop short walk away. The only point I would like to make is that the owners have undervalued themselves and that pitch prices should be a lot higher.
