Liked: The toilet facilities were probably the best I have seen, very clean and modern. The site is spotless and the grass around pitched area is very neat and well kept
Disliked: Although they accept dogs they are not very dog friendly with lots of rules about where your dog can walk and they are not allowed in the restaurant/bar so we didn't use it. Was told we could order takeaway but didn't bother. Also the code to get into the toilets wash rooms etc was a little annoying .
You have to pay to use their WiFi, we have our own so didn't bother us but I imagine it wouldn't go down well with others

Liked: Very well kept. Brilliant facilities.
Didn’t feel like a large site even though it was.
Disliked: Unfortunately the ladies showers were cold the two mornings we were there.
Very close to awning behind us.
One hairdryer and shower out of order.
Timing of cold tap too short and power in some of the hot ones too fast.
Light in dishwashing area goes off really quickly.

Liked: Nice site in a good location for exploring Berwick-upon-Tweed. Although within a large holiday home site the touring pitches were nicely situated and quiet. Toilet and shower block very clean and showers were fantastic - very spacious area with excellent powerful hot showers. Nice bar and restaurant. Easy walk into town centre for exploring castle ramparts and coastline.
Disliked: Some maintenance issues in the toilet block let this site down. There was no hot water in the sinks and didn't like the sensor taps which were not very user friendly. Of the 5 toilets in the gents - 1 was out of order and 3 others were unusable as you could not fully close or lock the doors which just left one serviceable. Although we reported this it was not fixed during our stay but we were there for only 2 nights. Nice dishwashing area let down by the fact there were no plugs in the sinks.

Liked: Clean, secure showers and toilets.
Friendly and very helpful staff
Good size pitches
Restaurant does takeaway, big portions
Disliked: Large site with a lot of mobile homes.
Felt like there were several new pitches which would have reduced the amount of green space.

Disliked: Ladies toilets sink taps splash everywhere. One of the two hairdryers was not working.

Liked: Loved everything about Ord House. The campsite is beautifully maintained, with a great dog walk around the perimeter. This was much better than the usual dog field. Warden was a visible presence and contact details along with other useful information was provided on arrival.
The bar and grill served lovely food with large portions which were enjoyed by everyone. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Facilities including mini golf and the kids play area were great too.
We took a walk into Berwick town centre which was very pleasant and not too far.
We'll definitely be back 😊
Disliked: WiFi was available at extra charge.
