Liked: The pitch sizes are amazing and the trees really gave a sense of privacy. The toilet was always well stocked and clean. It was so peaceful, I slept better than I do at home. We didn't have the weather, but we still had a fantastic time and would not hesitate returning for a weekend break. The fact there aren't any showers, can make it tricky but this is offset by a very peaceful place to camp, with a maximum of 13 pitches.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: A great spot on a working farm. Very spacious plots and the whole farm us clearly very well managed and maintained. Lovely to wake up to nibbling sheep in the field opposite. Great views and very convenient location for coast and castles. The farm manager was incredibly supportive when we had a window blow out on our van (door caught in high winds!). He brought brilliant materials so we could sort it safely and relax. Much appreciated!
Disliked: Loved it all...thought the railway and road might be noisy but it was fine!

We stayed only one night , it’s a small , tidy & clean site . A strip of land sectioned off from a large piece , you park between the trees , plenty of space for tents / small camper, accepts dogs but chargeable .Two portaloos available clean & well stocked , water tap & bins provided . Close to local attractions Alnwick / Bamburgh castles , Holy Island ect. Lovely site & would use again 👍🏻
Disliked: Nothing to dislike for us

Liked: Lovely quit campsite with view on the fields and sheep. Really friendly owner. Our most beautiful campsite in England on our trip home. Large place for our camper. Lovely that it's close to Alnwick Castle.
Disliked: A bit confusing that when you enter Gallowmoor farm campsite in Google Maps that it shows you Doxford farm campsite. The owner fixed it by leaving us a message a day before arrival how to get to the right spot.
