What customers say
Peaceful, secluded spot with gorgeous country views & amazing hot tubs. Modern, clean, private pods are a hit. Hosts are super friendly, with lovely thoughtful extras. Wi-Fi can be spotty, and no Hoover, but hosts are great. Highly recommended – guests want to come back!

Fescue camping pod
Liked Superb weekend for my husbands 40th birthday!
Loved how quiet and peaceful it was and the pod we stayed in was superb! Had everything we needed. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful pod in gorgeous spot for a few days of relaxation!
Fescue camping pod
Liked The pod was done out beautifully and to a high standard. The hot tub was lovely, as was the rest of the outdoor area. Cooking facilities were brilliant, shower was fab too! The main bed was very comfy. Owners left cake and prosecco for my birthday which was such a nice touch and communication with them was excellent. We would definitely return!
Disliked The sofa bed could benefit from a proper mattress topper as it was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Liked It was very peaceful, secluded and had great views. The hot tub was amazing. Owners were lovely and very accommodating
Disliked Slightly dusty, a large brush would’ve been good to clean the floor. Took us a while to figure out the oven

High-spec but homely pod.
Cocksfoot 1 bedroom camping pod
Liked We had a two night stay in Cocksfoot pod and absolutely loved our time here. The pod is designed to a high standard and is very well kitted out. The hosts even left us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and homemade sweet treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our two young children loved the bunk bed set-up and had fun playing with the outdoor games that were provided. My husband and I spent our evenings relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the view over the countryside. The Glamp site is well positioned; a short drive to several supermarkets in Northallerton (M&S food hall, Tesco, Lidl, Asda, Sainsbury’s) and we had days out in Whitby and Knaresborough. We would love to come back!
Disliked The Wi-Fi can be hit and miss (as already acknowledged by the hosts), although it was completely workable for a two day stay.

Cocksfoot 1 bedroom camping pod
Liked Everything about this place, the seclusion, privacy, the views. Even more so the hospitality of the owners, cakes were unreal!
Lots to do for the kids, toys provided for, bbq and charcoal included.
No need to take anything.
Central to lots of walking routes, I used the 'Kamoot' app, and found a lovely little 3miler.
Definately going back.
Would love to stay in the pod next to us, without the kids
Disliked To be very critical, the wifi could be improved, not sure if this is down to the actual location, but it didnt spoil our stay

From the manager: Thanks for the lovely review and glad you enjoyed your stay, unfortunately the wi fi coverage in this area is very hit and miss and there is very little we can do about it so we apologise for it and hope it didn't spoil your stay too much.
Exceptional, really loved our stay.
