- Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Perfect rural escape

Liked Loved the peaceful rural location. Pods were simple wooden structures with lots of extras including table and benches, firepit and logs, BBQ and even marshmallows! Off grid loo and shower and sink with hot water were a bonus. Even a tiny fridge for one or two essentials. If you like to escape from the hustle and bustle then this hits the spot.

Liked Peaceful, off the beaten track but not far from lovely Halesworth and Southwold. Only 2 pods so as long as your neighbours are nice, it's very relaxing and quiet. The horses are beautiful. The pods themselves are basic but comfortable and clean. Power sockets a bonus! Bbq, firepit and wood provided. The loo and shower are great. Washing up area clean and a few essentials provided in case you've forgotten something, though I'm not sure what, as we didn't need them. The host was very kind and welcoming. Space to play badminton and swing ball. A real respite from a busy life. We only stayed one night but would have lived to stay longer, and will next time. Highly recommend.

Liked Absolutely brilliant value for money. The perfect night away with the family. Very clean, especially the toilet, and great location being only 10mins from Southwold.

Liked Easy base for all attractions it's very quiet on site .fence witch is good for dogs .shower and toilet very clean and ample for two pods. washing area is enough with hot water bbq n fire pit out side table .there is a dog field you can hire on site dawn chores is amazing

Liked A cosy set up of two pods at the bottom of a gorgeous horse field.. with its fairly remote location and inconsistent phone signal this was perfect for what myself and two teenage girls wanted for a couple of nights. Playing uno around the fire pit, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company! There’s a little kitchen sink area, very clean shared shower & toilet, and some ball games and a bbq.. the perfect little escape. Only a 15 min- ish drive to Southwold or Beccles for the beach, or town for shops/foodie places.

Liked We loved the pod, very clean and tidy with good facilities. The site is closed to some great local attractions and lovely coastal towns with Southwold just down the road. Equally it was nice to be in a quite and relaxing part of the farm.Helen was a great host also.

Liked The location was fantastic, and so easy to get to. Not to far from the coast. Really dog friendly. Endless supply of fire wood. Helen really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Lovely dog walks.
Disliked The only reason I didn't give a 5* rating is because there is only 1 toilet and shower, and I imagine that if both pods were occupied this may be an issue
