Liked: Location. Could walk into Swaffham.
Disliked: Barrier on entry. No entry after 11pm. Adult only site. People on site saying can’t walk on shingle as annoys their dogs. Very unfriendly site.

From the manager: Thank you for your interesting review. Although I would like to clarify some points you have made. The barrier is obviously for security which most campsites have so not sure why you dislike this idea? Their is entry on site after 11pm but on foot only, this is to prevent cars driving round all hours of the night.
People who visit us love the fact it's adult only and if you dislike this then maybe for your future holiday book a site that welcomes children. As for the people whose dogs don't like people walking on the shingle, this may be because you kept cutting across your neighbours pitch making their dog react instead of walking on the path!
Finally the point about it being very unfriendly may be to do with the fact people were annoyed and cross with you as you kept at least 5 other campers awake from you both coming back drunk and arguing and swearing with each other, whilst slamming caravan doors until 1am! Not the best behaviour from so called "adults". Maybe you can try to show a bit more respect on the next site you visit.

Liked: Adult only site, large pitches. Toilets and showers were very clean with plenty of hot water. Lovely dog walk behind the site which took us into the town which we used daily. Supermarket and petrol station close by if needed. The site was lovely and quiet and we loved our time there, we would highly recommend.

Liked: A lovely very well kept site with a mixture of seasonal pitches, tourers and semi-permanent. All laid out to gravel hard standing and framed by recently-mowed grass (all cuttings cleared away - very tidy). A site which has lots of bird song and backs into an old dis-used railway line which is a great dig walk into Swaffham town.
Great facilities with 3 toilets and 3 showers in the ladies and the same in the men’s. No extra charge and lots of hot water with powerful showers.
The location is so well positioned and a perfect spot for visiting all the local and wider afield areas.
We will be returning.
Well done to Nina and Richard who run a great site.
