  • Near Mablethorpe and half a mile from the beach
  • Friendly team and high standards for facilities
  • Pool, restaurant and entertainment
It's highly likely you'll like this site – as well as its location, near Mablethorpe and less than a mile from the beach. Trusthorpe Springs Leisure Park is a place where the team goes out of its way to ensure guests have a happy holiday (and all is kept pretty spanking clean around here too). This park site is set in the grounds of a 19th-century hall, with its focal point, the Cartwheel Club, converted from the old hall stables to a modern building for live entertainment and good food (please check opening times on arrival as these vary throughout the season). Trusthorpe Springs has a heated swimming pool, converted with care from the old kitchen garden and open from the late bank holiday in May to the beginning of September depending on weather conditions (worth noting that although it's open seven days a week you'll need to book slots to swim). The reception area also houses the site shop where staff try their best to cater to any stock request.

Local attractions

Trusthorpe Springs Leisure Park is half a mile from the coast, two miles from Mablethorpe and 15 minutes from Skegness, all of which should give beach fans plenty to be getting on with. The country pubs and villages of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are a 30-minute drive away. Several much-visited market towns are here too, like antique centre Horncastle, Market Rasen and its racecourse, and the craft market, pottery and seven-storeyed windmill of Alford.
