The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).- Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Customers may bring either an awning or a gazebo, but not both.

No where near the main resort ( 30-35 minute walk to the town)

Liked: This place is wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Alice welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. The pitches are level and spacious. It's a great base with local attractions close by, a lovely beach and clean facilities.

Liked: Nice small site, clean facilities, met by the Alice on arrival who explained where everything was. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Will definitely book again.
Disliked: Road noise during the day, but didn't notice much traffic during the night.

Liked: We was welcomed by Alice who greeted us when we arrived, she showed us around the site so we knew where the amenities block and dog walk was.
The toilets and shower was very clean with constant hot water anytime day or evening.
All in all a nice relaxing little site.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Clean and tidy site with everything that we needed. A short and easy walk to the beach or mablethorpe. Helpful and friendly owners who met us on arrival and showed us where everything was. Nice dog walk.
Disliked: Only one shower so sometimes had to wait. Not the most scenic views but then this is not something that you are likely to find in mablethorpe. Next to a noisy road.
