Liked: I particularly liked the multiple toilet blocks that are around the site. Also the dog walking field was a great addition with complimentary toys for your dog to enjoy.
The fish and chip van came in the Fri night and we had pizza from the onsite van on sat night the walked it off the next day with a 10 min walk to the pub and beach.
I’ve told all our children about it and will hopefully return with all the kids and grandchildren later this year as I’m sure the grandchildren will love climbing on the hay bales.
The site has everything a family would need

Liked: Absolutely loved this site!
Everything was easy and straight forward, arrived at 1pm to find the self check in hut with our envelopes pinned to the board. Found our pitch within minutes and it was huge, plenty of space remaining between us and the neighbours. The pitch was nice and level to which made setting up the caravan nice and easy. The site was clean with great facilities, toilets and showers were always clean when I was there. There was a little hut which had all the info you may need up on the walls aswell as a couple of freezers and phone charging lockers, they also provided you with logs for the campfires and some marshmellows as well. The food van was a nice touch, always grabbed a coffee on my morning dog walk. Dog park was a nice bonus too
Overall really nice site.
Disliked: Only a few dislikes I'm afraid -
First one being it's quite a noisy road outside so when pitched next to it, even in a caravan; it's still quite loud. Would prefer to be further into site next time.
Not sure this one is necessarily aimed at the site, but my understanding of the dog park is that if someone is in there, you wait until they leave before coming in. On several occasions, we had people just come straight in and let their dogs off before asking if our dogs were friendly - they are, but they wouldn't have known that. We have 2, 6month old puppies who we were trying to train whilst in the park which completely disrupted the time in there. On one of the occasions, the woman admitted her dog is a bit of a "d*ck" AFTER she had already let it off lead. After this, we didn't bother using it anymore.
Last one again may just be preference, but we found the food to be a bit on the bland side, we had the loaded hash browns which felt just about cooked, I think we actually left over half of it. And for dinner we had the pizzas, the pizzas came with next to no cheese so it was mainly just dough and sauce which wasn't great. For what we paid; we just hoped for a little bit better.

Liked: Very friendly flexible team, ideal site for those who prefer a less commercial family focused site. Lots of space and generous sized pitches. Very close to a lovely, none commercial natural beach and a cafe/ bar and restaurant/bar.
Disliked: Quite an open site, so subject to the wind if they are strong.
