This quiet, peaceful site boasts beautiful views & welcoming hosts. Guests love the clean, modern showers & well-equipped shepherd's huts. Despite limited toilets/showers & no campfires, returns are common. Easy to find, well-maintained.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked Really nice site on a farm, cattle in the shed and sheep in the adjacent field.
Lovely level grass with plenty of space.
Far enough from the village to be quiet and peaceful and, from it’s position on the hill, there are glorious sunset views.
A friendly greeting on arrival from Carolyne, whose kind and generous offers of help were greatly appreciated. Nothing too much trouble.
All round, this is one of the nicest sites I have camped on; I hope to return soon.

Shepherd's hut (ensuite)

Liked Everything was perfect for our stay. We had a Shepherd’s Hut and a camping pitch for our party of four and that gave us good flexibility and the right level of comfort for different needs within the group. The facilities were lovely, practical, well thought out and clean, the views were stunning and the owners were welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more- we’ll be back!

Disliked Nothing.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked Quiet site with lovely landscape.

Facilities were modern, clean, and in great condition. Much better shower facilities than most sites with room to move.

My brief interaction with the host was pleasant, and they stressed that they were available for any issues.

Very easy to find site, nice and peaceful.

Will stay again for sure.

Shepherd's hut (ensuite)

Liked Our pod was clean and very well presented, with cupboards full of every essential we could’ve thought of. It felt very homely from the moment we arrived leading to a very enjoyable couple of nights. Exactly what we were looking for.
