On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a £20.00 ($24.64) fee.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the car park instead.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: £100.00 ($121.34) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £40.00 ($55.66) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
