What customers say
Friendly, relaxed campsite with spacious, flat pitches. Canal-side spot, great for walks, with nearby pubs/cafes. Helpful staff. Basic but clean facilities, though some noted cleanliness issues, dated amenities & occasional drainage smells. Road/air traffic noise mentioned by some.

Quiet, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt safe and secure
Powered grass campsite
Liked The campsite is ran by a lovely family who made us feel very welcome. Toilet and showers cleaned regularly. The website said there is no washing up facility but there is. Local pub within 2 minute walk which was very nice. Good canal walks. Will definitely be booking next year with family
Disliked There is nothing that we disliked however the toilet block could do with modernizing to make it exceptional.

Friendly welcome and great information given…
Powered grass campsite
Liked Friendly welcome and great information given about the local are. The site is very close to a restaurant/bar as well as a local cafe. We must have enjoyed as we booked an extra night.
Disliked With the site being busy the facilities are on the small side. However what there was was clean and that's what really matters.

Relaxed and friendly but sensor light needs resetting or removing.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Friendly and relaxed. We stayed on a Sunday and it was quiet too which was great.
Disliked The lights in the toilet / shower block are on a sensor. I went for a shower at 10pm and the lights went out on me leaving me in complete darkness mid shower. I had to come out into the middle of the room - out of shower cubicle before the sensor worked and the lights came on. I would say the light stayed on for 5 mins at a time.
