Liked: Small quiet farm site, run by friendly family. Less than a mile walk to Tissington. Good phone and internet signal.
Disliked: We were very happy with our hard standing however some grass pitches were on a slope.

Liked: Absolutely perfect, for wellbeing, peace, tranquility. Steph was so lovely and it goes without saying that we will certainly be back. What more could you wish for the perfect setting in the beautiful Peaks.
If you value the countryside then there is nothing better. It goes without saying that this is on our list, even though we are Derbyshire people.

Liked: Great location for walking and cycling. Easy walk to Dovedale or short ride onto the Tissington trail.
Good views. Mobile reception good with O2.
Small campsite with only a few pitches. Reasonable price.
Disliked: A bit of road noise during the day especially with the 3 hard standing pitches at the bottom of the field. Quiet at night though.
Grass pitches are a bit sloping and would be hard to level a motorhome. Hard standing pitches are reasonably level but may still need levelling ramps for a motorhome.
