Liked War alles super und zu unser Zufriedenheit. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Orte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand waren in der Nähe.

Liked Il campeggio ha dei bagni che sono nuovi e funzionali, il lavatoio piatti è esterno e funzionale. E' su terra ma è una terra molto sabbiosa che non sporca ed è assolutamente gestibile. Non c'è moltissima ombra, ma se si utilizza come base per girare (ad esempio Ragusa, Piazza Armerina, Spiaggia di Marina di Acate, Spiaggia di Scoglitti, Caltagirone) tornando solo la sera è in una posizione ottima. Il weekend ci sono un po' di locali intorno, durante la settimana invece è tranquillissimo. La lavatrice costa 5 euro. Non vi sono pulizie quotidiane del bagno, ma essendoci poche persone rimane gestibile. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo se il campeggio serve solo come base per cenare la sera e dormire è davvero davvero ottimo.

Liked Ein wunderschönes naturbelassenes Fleckchen Erde zum Relaxen abseits des Trubels und dennoch zentral gelegen (4 km ins Städtchen, 15 km ans Meer). Ich fühlte mich hier sauwohl und gut aufgehoben. Tania und Rosario sind zwei wunderbare Menschen - stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde mich sehr oft und sehr gerne an diesen Ort und meine neuen Freunde zurückerinnern. Vielen Dank für Alles und viel Glück und Erfolg für die anstehenden Aufgaben. MilleMille Grazie 👍🥰🫂

Liked Wonderful place with welcoming hosts. We felt like home and found everything we needed. Toilets and showers were roomy and clean. You will find a lot of areas to pitch your tent. It was a highlight from our vacations to Sicily!

Local attractions

Beaches are within 15 kilometres of Casa Giulia – but which one should you go to for watersports? Lido Panama Beach (40 minutes’ drive) has a popular kitesurfing school; and back on shore you can unwind with a slice (or two, or three) in a pizzeria. Appetite ignited, you may want to book in for a winery tour or tasting at Feudo Principi di Butera (50 minutes) too. When you’re in a sightseeing mood, you might want to start with one of the closer spots, Piazza Armerina (35 minutes). The medieval town has a church with restored paintings and frescoes and a mix of Renaissance and Baroque buildings. Butera (35 minutes) is one of Sicily’s more well-known medieval villages. The old town has narrow streets with churches, shops and restaurants. Parrocchia Santuario San Rocco (35 minutes) is just outside town. The 16th-century church is a pilgrim spot with views of the Gulf of Gela. That just leaves Comiso (35 minutes) and Ragusa (an hour). Comiso, the closer of the two, has a historic castle, churches and Christian catacombs, whereas Ragusa (further afield) has an old town with a large collection of historic sites like the Ragusa Cathedral, museums, the churches of Giardino Ibleo and the Duomo di San Giorgio.
