Liked: Loved the peace and quiet. Lovely park owner and well appointed reception area. Park was well kept. Toilets amd shower clean and the building they where in warm.
Touring site was immaculate and I had it literally to myself. Discrete bin area, bbq spot and fresh drinking water taps.
Small take and return library.
Within 5min cycle into Kintore and 10min cycle from the train station
I had a lovely small raised campfire (the one that doesn't damage the grass).
My new favourite campsite
Disliked: Absolutely nothing

Liked: The camp was quiet, nothing special as that is what we like. We were welcomed by Carol, who is a resident there. We had to ring her to check us in, no problem with that.
The toilet block was tired and in need of refreshing. Having said that, they were kept immaculate by Belle.
Recommended if you’re looking for a central place to stay in the ‘Castle belt’
Disliked: The WiFi was non existent. So you have to rely on 4 or 5 G
6 amp electricity means you have to juggle what you use otherwise it constantly trips.
