What customers say
Draughton Heights has great views and is super chill. Guests loved the clean, modern facilities (showers, loos, kitchen) and the friendly owners. Pitches are big, and there’s wild swimming on-site. Great for walks, even into Skipton. Top spot, highly recommended.

Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked Gorgeous views, very clean and modern facilities (with a proper hot shower and good water pressure). The people running the site always kept it in great condition. The honesty system and access to fridge/freezer kettle and tea made all the difference. We tried the sauna and cold swimming which was fantastic.
Local area is amazing, great towns and great nature spots. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked The site is quite elevated and can be exposed to a lot of wind so prepare for this!

-not over crowded
-amazing views
We will definitely be back again to this site, its a rare gem, we were taken back by how clean the toilets and site are kept.
One thing I will say is that due to its high up location, it can get a little windy, but there are sheltered spots too so pick wisely.

Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked Beautiful location with fantastic amenities. Friendly owner who stops to check in every day. We absolutely loved it. So many toys for the children, lakes were so pretty and well taken care of. Clean bathrooms with good showers, helpful kitchen area with fridge available. Couldn’t ask for more as far as facilities.
Disliked I regret pitching up near the sauna as it does turn into a bit of a car park on an evening. Ruins the picturesque vibe a bit

Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked The area was amazing, the site was spotlessly clean and we could just pick whichever pitch we wanted which was great as we had a little hill all to ourselves.
The facilities are great, nice warm showers and somewhere to wash pots, there was also tea and coffee available on an honesty box basis which was nice.
Disliked The weather!!

Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked Lots of flat pitches. Lovely walk to Skipton. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Although we didn't use it this time, the swimming area and sauna looked like great fun, something to think about when packing. The owners were great, and very friendly. We will visit again.
Disliked The only downside was the shower, although clean, they took a while to warm up first thing in the morning.
