Liked Everything
Quiet site next to fields and woodland
Pitches were large
Great location for exploring the area - lovely towns and villages nearby with friendly locals.
Woodland was perfect dog walk.
We had a drink at the nearby pub - The Boot - v friendly
To note the showers are charged for and you need about £1 for a decent shower ..

Disliked Nothing - it was just as a quiet adult site should be with friendly regulars - lovely atmosphere

Liked Peaceful, small, adult only site. Free WiFi across the site. Delightful, friendly owner who offered us assistance during our stay. Special mention to beautiful dog, Brady.

Disliked Nothing. Everything met our needs. Modest facilities, but as all on site were motorhomers or caravaners there is no need for fancy shower blocks, etc.

Liked What a wonderful, beautifully kept site. Absolutely stunning. Facilities kept immaculately. The owner, Ian gave us such a warm welcome and personally showed us to our pitch. He even gave us some home grown organic cucumbers! Our rather large pitch was looking out on to woodland, pure bliss. Perfect location to visit all the surrounding area. Never known anywhere so peaceful. Thank you so so much for your hospitality Ian. Hope to see you again next year.

Disliked Absolutely nothing! In our 9 years of caravanning, this has to be our favourite site. I've normally had enough after a week but certainly didn't want to come home this time. Looking to book for 2 to 3 weeks next year.. Wow, what a wonderful holiday!

Liked Everything was perfect other than the shower did not seem to get hot. 20p was ok but would pay more for a hotter shower.

Disliked Just the heat of the water in the shower

From the manager: Thank you.
Your comments re the shower could have been dealt with on your visit instead of nearly two weeks later.
The problem had been sorted out one day after your departure.
Thank you again ,appreciated.

Local attractions

Walks and wildlife spotting are number one attractions in these parts: Bredon Hill National Nature Reserve, half an hour’s drive away, is a distinct area of pastured woodland that’s forever changing due to landslip, so the resident bird and bug populations shift along with it. Whitethroats, linnets and yellowhammers keep visiting for breeding purposes, and the views across the Cotswolds are constantly cracking. For wildlife more exotic, take a drive through the West Midlands Safari Park (40 minutes' drive), or head deeper into Cotswolds country for a visit to Birdland (an hour), home of some 5,000 feathered friends, including pelicans, parrots and storks. Partial to a stately home or two? See how the other half lived at the grand 18th-century piles of Croome and Hanbury Hall (25 and 40 minutes), wandering lavish interiors and landscaped parklands. If you’re a fan of the bard, sally forth to Stratford-upon-Avon half an hour away to see Shakespeare’s birthplace, Ann Hathaway’s Cottage and maybe take in one of the plays William penned, at the Royal Shakespeare Company theatre. For a total contrast, the city of Birmingham is just under an hour away, well-stocked with stuff to do and see, including the Thinktank science museum, tours of the Jewellery Quarter and its museum, shows at the NEC and sweet encounters at the chocolate factory Cadbury World.
