Liked: We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Willow Beck. The site is very well looked after, small and cosy. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Beatifull windmill nearby which is absolutely worth a visit, and miles and miles of beatiful countyside around the site - fantastic for cycling. We can't wait to come back again.

Liked: Such a lovely peaceful site in the Nottinghamshire countryside..ideal for walkers and cyclists. Loved the north leverton windmill which is a fully working windmill producing flour! I stayed for an event in the local area and I would definitely book again if I do the event again.

Liked: Clean and small site. Short walk to shop, pub & bus stop.
Friendly owner. Toilet/shower very clean. Pitches large with a picnic bench. Small play area for children.
Disliked: Need to have better lit sign at entrance easy to miss in the dark.Cost of electric was a lot more than expected although it is January. Road noise during busy times.
Shower/toilet to cold to use, no heating on in January.

From the manager: Hi, thank you for staying at Willow beck retreat. We are sorry to hear that you found the shower Block cold However, there is a heater in the toilet and the shower we cannot leave them on all the time as we are not busy at this time of year next time you come back if you turn the heater on it warms up pretty quick thank you for staying at Willow beck retreat once again
Overall a nice site. Maybe a warmer time. Less electric used then

Liked: Abraham available on the phone and super helpful especially when trying to find the site in the dark! Small private beautiful setting, very clean facilities consisting of 2x toilets and 1x shower with lovely hot water. Great little play area for the children. Pay as you go electric meter. Stopped here for one night on way through to Scotland but this site encourages me to come back and explore the local area here rather than drive on through.
