What customers say
Jockhedge gets top marks for its chill vibe, super-tidy modern facilities, and helpful staff. Folks rave about the roomy, flat pitches, great dog walks by the lakes, and being close to the village. Most reviews are glowing, though a few mentioned slow showers and the kids' play area needing a spruce-up. A top spot for a cruisy break.

Fully-serviced concrete and grass caravan site
Liked Lovely clean modern washing/toilets/showers. Lovely walks around the grounds and lake, friendly staff, clean site. Very peaceful other than dogs barking in the distance (not on the site, possibly kennels, which is out of the site’s control) close to village with all amenities.
Disliked Distant dogs barking,
Pitches not very private, (could do with possibly putting hedges between pitches)

We enjoyed our stay and would return
Fully-serviced concrete and grass caravan site
Liked The site is wonderfully quiet and surrounded by lots of fields, so plenty of space to walk our dogs. Showers and toilets were kept very clean, with additional facilities for those less able. Receptionist was very friendly.
Disliked Showers only ran for about 10 seconds before the button had to be pressed again which was a little tiresome.

Pitches were lovely and level.
Lady in office was so friendly and helpful.
We had a problem with our electrics and she contacted electrician straight away , came out within the hour . (After hours) Sorted it.
She came round next day to see if we were ok , so thoughtful and helpful.
The lake and surrounding areas were well looked after.
The site was lovely and peaceful. Just what I needed as I lost my dad 12 weeks ago and I just needed time for myself to chill and relax and I certainly did that.
