What customers say

A grand spot, spotless, quiet, perfect for adults. Wardens are a gas and a big help. Great for Exmoor. Pub next door loves dogs. Some say pitches slope, WiFi can be dodgy. Electric's metered, mind you.

Electric optional grass tent pitch (sloping)

Liked Great site. Maintained to a high standard. Site management very helpful, provided long connection lead for electricity. Toilets very clean, cleaned each day. Site was very peaceful and had great views, not far from Taunton or other towns. Lovely villages. Very dog friendly with a nice on-site dog walk. Has a little shop which has necessary items, bread, milk and eggs. There's a promise box inside for money.

A - fully-serviced hardstanding and grass touring pitch

Liked The site was immaculate and the wardens were really friendly and helpful. They helped us with places to visit and how to get there and having the little shop on site was great when I forgot olive oil!
Follow the advice given by the wardens on getting to the site (not the sat nav) this made the journey easy
The showers and toilets were spotlessly clean. Great pub next door, a little expensive, but the food was excellent.

Disliked Minor point - larger dog walking on site, but the site is within easy access to several great walks. So very minor point

Electric optional grass tent pitch (sloping)

Liked Quietest camping I've ever been to. Very well kept grounds, great toilets, nice hot water in the showers and all the facilities you may need, including WiFi! Simon was super nice and always helpful. And our neighbours were lovely too. Caters mainly to caravans but we used one of the few tent pitches.
